Barbara M. Vogelstein

Ms. Vogelstein has over 25 years of experience in venture capital and specialized equity investing. She was formerly a partner at Apax Partners & Co. Ventures (“Apax”), where she was responsible for the firm’s media investments and chaired the firm’s international media investment group. Prior to joining Apax, Ms. Vogelstein was a partner at Warburg, Pincus & Co., where she was the firm’s first woman private equity partner and was responsible for co-founding the firm’s London office. Currently, Ms. Vogelstein is Chairman of the Board of the Brooklyn Museum and former Chairman of the Board of The School of American Ballet. She also serves on the boards of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts ^ and Third Way, a progressive think tank, and was a longtime Trustee of Vassar College. Ms. Vogelstein has an Economics degree from Vassar College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
