Shraddha is Associate Vice President - Compliance at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, Shraddha worked with the Audit and Assurance Services Practice of KPMG, where she handled audits, tax and compliance-related assurance engagements of companies across sectors, including financial services and manufacturing.

Shraddha is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai.
