Hari’s experience spans nearly 40 years, first at Proctor and Gamble and then at Coty, leading some of the best-known consumer and personal care brands in India and the region. With that, he brings extensive experience in sales and distribution, marketing, and leadership training to the Lighthouse ecosystem.
