Sachin is a co-founder of Lighthouse Funds. Born and brought up in Bihar, he has a unique understanding of rural and urban India. His corporate banking experience brings depth to both access and approach to new business development. His deep analytical skills and rustic style connects well with the founders.
Sachin earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant.
Mukund is a co-founder of Lighthouse. He has 24 years of investment experience, including 17 years in India. Mukund previously worked for McKinsey & Company in New York, and Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners.
Mukund earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sean is a co-founder of Lighthouse and a member of the firm’s investment committee. He was an early believer in the “Great Indian Entrepreneurial Revolution” and has called the country home for nearly two decades. He loves finding and building companies that define India’s global leadership. He thrives on helping founders through their growth, with every day being a learning opportunity. He is on the Steering Committee for ARMMAN, a leading, tech-enabled NGO for maternal healthcare.
Sean graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Rochelle is a Partner and co-leads the investment team. She specializes in the healthcare sector with over 11 years of investing experience.
Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE) and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Mayank is a Partner at Lighthouse and brings over 25 years of experience advising leading Indian promoter-led businesses, private equity funds, and multinational corporations. He is widely recognized for his deep sector expertise in Consumer Products, Retail, and Consumer Technology.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Mayank spent over 25 years at Ernst & Young across the India and UK practices. In his most recent role, he led the Markets function and was part of the Executive Committee and senior leadership of the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY India. He has advised clients on M&A, capital raises, divestments, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Mayank is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Partner & COO
Tarun is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse. In this role, Tarun oversees the firm’s operations with direct oversight over finance, compliance, investor relations and ESG, and provide support to the firm’s investment teams. Prior to joining Lighthouse in 2013, Tarun has worked at Kubera Partners, A.T. Kearney and Connect Capital. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen.
Tarun earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
Anshul is a Managing Director and co-leads the investment team. She oversees the consumer sector, and her industry experience spans over 19 years. Anshul actively works on deal sourcing and portfolio management. Before Lighthouse, she led consumer sector coverage at ICICI Securities, including M&A, PE and capital market transactions.
Anshul earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Indore.
Vice President
Anjali is an Associate Vice President at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, she spent four years in Investment Banking at Axis Capital. There, she advised mid-market Indian corporations on their fund-raise endeavours across the focus sectors of Chemicals, Pharma and Lifesciences, Logistics and Manufacturing.
Anjali earned her Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
Vice President
Gaurav is an Associate Vice President at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, he was part of the investment banking team at Avendus Capital, where he advised on marquee transactions across consumer internet, foodtech, fintech, and D2C brands. He also co-authored a seminal report on the D2C sector in India. Gaurav began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on complex M&A transactions across real estate and technology sectors. Gaurav holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute, and a B.Tech in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
Associate Vice President
Aparna is a Senior Associate at Lighthouse. Previously, Aparna was part of Ananta Capital for over 3 years where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities along with portfolio management in the consumer sector.
Aparna earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and completed her MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.
Senior Associate
Aabhas is a Senior Associate at Lighthouse. Prior to joining Lighthouse, he worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and EY, and previously at Metta Capital Advisors, covering consumer, consumer tech, retail, fashion and industrials. Earlier, he spent over three years with ITC Limited in finance roles.
Aabhas is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
Senior Associate
Jaiveer is a Senior Associate at Lighthouse. Prior to joining Lighthouse, he was part of the Small and Mid-Caps team at Ambit Institutional Equities, Mumbai, where he worked on equity research across multiple sectors including manufacturing and industrials, consumer discretionary, hospitality, packaging, and medical devices.
Jaiveer is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ University, Bengaluru.
Senior Associate
Tanuj is an Associate at Lighthouse. Prior to joining Lighthouse, he was a Senior Analyst at JM Financial, where he covered the consumer discretionary sector. In this role, he worked on initiating coverage reports, prepared financial models, assisted in investment banking transactions, including IPOs, and regularly engaged with institutional clients on sector insights. Before JM Financial, Tanuj was part of the equity research teams at HDFC Securities and Dolat Capital.
Tanuj is a Chartered Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Commerce from MDS University, Ajmer.
Vice President – Corporate Relations
Nitya is Vice President, Corporate Relations at Lighthouse. She focuses on maintaining corporate relationships and oversees investor-facing communications alongside fund raising. Previously, Nitya worked as a Conference Producer for PEI Media (Hong Kong), organizing conferences and investor round tables across the private equity, private real estate and infrastructure asset classes in Asia.
Nitya earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management and Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of Tampa and a Masters in Economics from the University of Warwick.
Deputy CFO
Jahnvi is Deputy CFO at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, she worked for over a decade at PwC, KPMG and BMR Advisors, focusing on fund structuring & set-up, transaction structuring & support, tax / regulatory advisory and compliance for private equity, venture capital and public markets funds. Jahnvi also has experience in tax and regulatory matters pertaining to the financial services sector.
Jahnvi earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant.
Vice President – ESG & Impact
Rahul is Vice President and Head of ESG and Impact at Lighthouse. Prior to this, he was part of PwC’s ESG team, supporting private equity firms and corporates in ESG due diligence, portfolio monitoring, impact measurement, decarbonization, and sustainability reporting.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University and an MBA from NIIT University. Rahul is also NEBOSH IGC certified in Occupational Health and Safety and a NISM-certified Social Impact Assessor. As a Certified PoSH Trainer and holder of a Certificate in Environmental Management Systems, he brings a strong focus on workplace safety and sustainability. In addition, he holds the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, equipping him with essential knowledge to navigate emerging risks in digital safety and data protection.
Associate Vice President – Compliance
Shraddha is Associate Vice President – Compliance at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, Shraddha worked with the Audit and Assurance Services Practice of KPMG, where she handled audits, tax and compliance-related assurance engagements of companies across sectors, including financial services and manufacturing.
Shraddha is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai.
Office Manager
Santush is the Office Manager at Lighthouse. Before joining Lighthouse, Santush held Executive Assistant positions at Banc of America Equity Partners, Morgan Stanley and Perpetual Growth Capital.
Santush earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Senior Operating Partner
Tarun Puri was the former head of Nike India and, prior to that, had over an 18-year career at Unilever. He specializes in sustainable growth, business turnarounds, and maximising team effectiveness. He has a deep understanding of consumer needs, integrated with strategy development and implementation.
Having successfully led teams in six countries in global, geographical region, and country roles, he is a global citizen who truly understands multi-cultural sensitivities.
K.S. Narayanan is an Operating Advisor at Lighthouse. His experience spans over 35 years across the value chain of “farm to fork”. He brings a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage industry across both B2B and B2C businesses, including heading McCain India, VKL Seasonings and Blue Foods. K.S. serves as an advisor to several F&B startups.
Advisor
V. Anantharaman(“Ananth”) has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, having led corporate and investment banking teams in leading international institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of America. He has worked in India and Singapore with global and regional business leadership and governance responsibilities and has managed diverse teams.
He has strong board-level advisory experience in sectors including technology, consumer & retail, and financial services across M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and risk management.
Advisor
Mr. Larcombe spent most of his working life at 3i, a world leader in venture capital and private equity with an international network operating in Europe, The United States and Asia. He joined 3i in 1974 and worked for 18 years on identifying, appraising and negotiating investment opportunities. In 1992, he was appointed Director of Finance and Planning and in 1997, he was appointed Chief Executive. He retired from 3i in 2004.
Mr. Larcombe has sat on the boards of many public and private companies and served on various business and educational councils and is a past Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association. He is an Honorary Fellow of the London Business School. His past directorships include Cape plc, F&C Asset Management, Gallaher Group plc, Gategroup Holdings, Incisive Media, Kodak Alaris, Party Gaming and Smith & Nephew. He was educated at Bromley Grammar School, The University of Birmingham and Harvard Business School.

Ms. Vogelstein has over 25 years of experience in venture capital and specialized equity investing. She was formerly a partner at Apax Partners & Co. Ventures (“Apax”), where she was responsible for the firm’s media investments and chaired the firm’s international media investment group. Prior to joining Apax, Ms. Vogelstein was a partner at Warburg, Pincus & Co., where she was the firm’s first woman private equity partner and was responsible for co-founding the firm’s London office. Currently, Ms. Vogelstein is Chairman of the Board of the Brooklyn Museum and former Chairman of the Board of The School of American Ballet. She also serves on the boards of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Third Way, a progressive think tank, and was a longtime Trustee of Vassar College. Ms. Vogelstein has an Economics degree from Vassar College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
